Gnomes appeared many years ago, when magical and wise unicorns cared for the lands. The unicorns granted gnomes the honor of Keepers of the Gardens because of their gentelness and love for the earth.
For a gnome to receive his magical powers, he must make a jouney to the Unicorn Palace to be given a magical staff woven from a unicorn’s mane. The gnomes use their magical staffs to call to the Helpers of the Earth and Sky when it’s time to plant and care for the Earth’s gardens.
